Speechie Yazmin

Just a bilingual speechie on the hunt for more resources even if that means creating them myself! I have been an assistant speech therapist for 8 years now, I have experience in home health, office, school, and virtual. I use my resources on the regular and I try to take my time to make sure what I make is functional for me, parents, and educators alike. I also try to make boom cards fun and engaging for my students. I'm just getting started and I have a lot of ideas that will help all of us help developing minds!

I like to make simple and fun. Typical teaching can be boring so if I can find a way to make it interactive or a way for the kids to see the end goal, I will do it! My purpose of creating is exactly that, and I am confident that your students will enjoy these activities as well as mine do.

I was awarded SLP-A of the year at my previous employer in 2019.

I attended and graduated with my Bachelor's in Communication Disorders from the University of Texas at Austin.

Bienvenida/o a mi pagina! Tengo 6 años de experiencia como terapeuta de habla en casas, oficina, en las escuelas, y mas reciente virtual. Uso mis recursos con frecuencia con mis estudiantes/pacientes. Mi meta con mis recursos es que sean funcionales para nosotros como profesionales/padres y divertidos para los niños. Se que casi no hay recursos en español asi que quiero compartir mis recursos con ustedes para ayudarlos tambien! Apenas voy empezando pero tengo muchas ideas que nos pueden ayudar avanzar el desarrollo de los niños!
