TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I began my teaching career as a K-5 Spanish teacher. I taught Spanish for 5 years. I also taught 4th grade for 7 years and am currently in my third year of teaching 2nd grade. In my spare time, I've taught piano lessons, drawing lessons and adult ESL. I also design Wall Poppers, wall decorations for children.

I received a Bachelor's of Arts degree in art and Spanish from Winthrop University in 1997. I received a Master's of Arts in Teaching from the University of South Carolina in 1998.

My husband is also an artist, so we have a house full of art! We have 2 dogs and love to travel.
