As a Special Education teacher, I am passionate about making grade-level content accessible, functional and meaningful to all students.
Structure and organization are key! I build a core set of skills with my students that are predictable and can be used with any set of vocabulary or targeted skill. Differentiation is vital to allowing all students to participate in the same activity and practice important large group learning skills.
