Throughout my career, I've dedicated myself to empowering at-risk learners within charter and title1 schools. My educational journey includes a Master's degree from the esteemed Ohio State University, where I honed my expertise in curriculum design and innovative project-based learning methodologies. My professional journey has been enriched by my role as an instructional coach, specializing in social-emotional learning and literacy enhancement. I assumed the pivotal role of primary director, successfully guiding and leading a dynamic team of educators. In this capacity, I spearheaded initiatives in classroom management, curriculum design, development, and seamless technology integration.
