By The-M-Team I've been a teacher for 10 years. Although I had a fantastic year in first grade, my passion is in higher education. I have been a 4th-grade teacher for the past five years, and I absolutely adore it!
My teaching approach is constantly changing. Every year, it seems to alter, in my opinion. In order to ensure that my kids learn while also having fun, I work to maintain a well-organized and managed classroom. I want to foster an atmosphere in the classroom where children may work both independently and collaboratively and feel comfortable and free to be themselves. With each year that goes by, I gain more knowledge about teaching and my own teaching approach. I hope to be an expert at it by the time I retire!
