TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been working with elementary & preschool aged children for the past 10 years, the last 7 years have been with Indigenous communities and families directly. I am a First Nations educator whose goal is to share resources for other educators that are culturally appropriate, easy to use and fun for students. These topics shouldn't be intimidating, yet they often are. I am here to change that. Why should you purchase my products over others? - you are buying from someone who is Indigenous. - my products are useful, engaging and fun. - they are culturally appropriate (unlike most "Indigenous" resources on TPT) - if you have questions about how to teach these topics as a non-Indigenous educator, I will send you my tips & guidelines on best practices.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I am a First Nations elementary educator from Nuu-chah-nulth territory (Vancouver Island, BC, Canada). I am here to share Canada's Indigenous history with other teachers. I focus on First Nations, Métis and Inuit content, mainly geared towards elementary school aged students.
