By Worthwhile EduSources - So You Can Just Teach I have taught grades 2-4 for the past 10 years. I founded a school literary magazine featuring various types of writing from students in grades 1 - 8th. I have also run extended-day programs infusing literacy and art in the capacity of a project coordinator. I have researched created, unpacked and re-designed curriculum. I have also written policies around educational equity.
I like to be creative and infuse visuals with all content areas. I also like to find ways to simplify rigorous work for students through scaffolding. I love project-based learning as a strategy and collaborating with other educators. Finally, I like to integrate technology in my classroom.
