Novel comparison questions for "Rash Words" and "Freezing"
The books "Freezing" and "Rash Words" both use magic realism (a mostly realistic setting with a fantasy element) to explore the question, "What if the problems we currently consider to be mental health issues became physical ones?" The novel comparison questions will give your students a chance to compare and contrast the books based on symbolism, narration and main character. Both novels are available in Google Doc and PDF format in my store.
