Just like the regular rules of Bingo, a teacher or group leader calls out a figure and students with the corresponding figure are able to cross it off their list. This colourful version was adapted for the Measurement and Geometry strand of the Australian Curriculum. The teacher or group leader calls out figures in mL or L or percentages/fractions of a L and students mark their grids accordingly. Give each student a handful, have them color in the boxes above each color of Goldfish, and then they can enjoy them as a snack!! While they are snacking, I usually have conversations about most, least, equal, etc. as a way to promote higher level thinking.
