This is a modified worksheet from the middle school geometry curriculum. It is excellent for special education students who require an alternate or modified curriculum. This worksheet includes four rectangles/squares and four triangles. The pages are separated by shape so they can be given one at a time. The worksheets have the formula for area broken down into easy steps. Students have to fill in the blanks, which will help them solve the equation.

I've created a name plate for students' desks (junior / intermediate) that has commonly used/needed tools along with it - en francais It includes names of various shapes, a few adjectives, Dr & Mrs Vandertramp, fraction/decimal/percentage conversion, sentence starters/sequencing and the 100 grid. The name tag ends up being approx. 5x10 inches - perfect for the top of their desks :)
