Changes in States of Matter Foldable
This foldable is designed to help students understand what changes in states of matter are, to recognize why changes occur and to identify four common changes (i.e. freezing, evaporation, melting and condensation). I recommend having students fill in the foldable following a lesson on this topic to consolidate their learning.
