The Logical Counting Grid begins with 0 at the bottom, then moves up the page as the numbers get larger, up to 100. The font actually gets larger as well. This is a logical counting grid since, as one counts up or adds, the logical direction to move is UP! Conversely, as we count backward or subtract, the logical direction to move is DOWN. Since we teach students to add columns of numbers by starting at the right and moving left (opposite of how we read), we can easily teach them the proper way

This excel worksheet provides you with basic addtion used in Kinder garden. You can choose a number, highlighted in yellow, that is going to be add it to random numbers from 1 - 20. The worksheet has a tabs in with the addtions in a vertical and horizontal format. It also provides you with a "range" tab where you can choose a range to be added it to the random numbers from 1 - 20.
