Maslow's Self-Inventory
It is important as students grow and develop to learn how to take stock of their internal (i.e. emotional and mental) and external resources (i.e. community, healthy relationships, basic needs, etc.). This is what I have coined with my students as a Self-Inventory. A self-Inventory is a review of our internal and external resources.
