Intro to Circuits and Breadboards Virtual Learning/Sub Plan using Tinkercad

Created by

This resource is a Google Slides that I use as a virtual learning assignment, for sub plans, or as a self directed exploration day. The slideshow includes directions on how to create a Tinkercad account, the basics of a breadboard, how to create series and parallel circuits on a bread board, and how to use a multimeter. There are 4 videos (around 6-7 mins each) that walk students through each example using the Tinkercad simulation. I use this assignment before we build with physical breadboards

Mr Circuit Science Electronics Exp. 11 - “HOW A 555 TIMER IC WORKS”

This is the another in a series of modules that will open the eyes of your students to the possibilities. Students have said, "I never knew that I could do this before.” Others have said, “I am going to make this my career.” All modules include a pdf file to print the written instructions as well as a link for the students to view an online lesson presentation by a trained instructor. The presentation includes step-by-step assembly instructions for the hands-on experiments which are done on a So

I designed this product for distance learning, but I foresee myself using it in my classroom for years to come! My students were craving some interactive and engaging science material, and what better place to start than rainbows! This document is ready to use but it is also completely editable. Feel free to make any changes necessary to best fit the needs of your students.Questions Covered:How does a rainbow form? What is the visible spectrum? What is refraction?Looking for more "All About" scien
