Play Log
A resource for early years. Adults or children can record together their play sessions/ active learning tasks. Activities could be chosen from a choice board of 5, so one activity per day. Flexible use. Child could draw a simple picture of, e.g, the model they made from lego or take a picture and stick it on, of their painting. Adult can scribe the child's description or ask what they think they have learned/did well/could improve...etc and record simply and quickly. Keep in a file per child.
