Guided Reading Notes and lesson plan
This document is meant to be used to create a notebook in which you can record your lesson plans and your weekly anecdotal notes during small group guided lessons.
To use the document:
1. Print the cover page, then as many sets of lesson plans and note grids as you have groups (for instance, I have 5 groups).
2. Fill in your students' names for each group, then make copies as necessary. I like to make enough copies of each group to last a quarter or two (for me, that's 10-20 of each group).
