Menu Book Report
This is a book report form that can be edited to suit your needs. My students had a blast creating their own "menu" while reporting on a book that they read. It was originally created as part of our Parents as Reading Partners program contest, and was a big hit while coinciding with our 50s diner theme for the contest. These handy bookmarks are a great way to encourage your students to use reading strategies while they read independently.
