Animal Habitat Project
Animal habitat project to go along with animal or life cycle research. This is great for an end of unit project. Students can use a shoe box to create a habitat for an animal. This is great since it can be an in-class project or a take home project. There is directions attached as well as a rubric to help students to know what is expected from them. This document also includes a send home letter to parents to acknowledge and sign for the project.

This trading card activity it intended to be used as an assigned homework project. It can be used as reinforcement during a unit on animal classifications, or as an assessment. The trading card was designed for students to be able to 'fold' the paper in half to make the final product, or it can be cut out and pasted. There is also a rubric included for assessment.

This is a create a plant project. Students can pretend they discovered a plant and they have to be able to label the parts of the plants. They also have to explain which natural habitat their plant is grown in and why.
