26 years of experience in Speech-Language Pathology working with children with developmental delays, autism, Down syndrome, articulation, and language delays. I love what I do! Every day is a challenge and never boring!
Fun but very structured! We only have 30 minutes per session--we have to work, but it had better be FUN!
I have never won a tangible award for what I do but my awards and honors do not come in the form of paper or trophies. My awards and honors are the students that I have seen or helped that are now successful in their lives. When they come back and give me a hug or send me a picture of them graduating high school or anything like that--for me that is the best honor and award ever!
BA degree from Columbia College '97 Master's in Communication Disorders from University of South Carolina 2001
I have a wonderful, supportive husband and daughter. I give all credit and inspiration first to the Lord. The units that are in my store are units that I use to work with my students "in the trenches" as a school based SLP everyday! Please visit my blog to get to know me better and to see how I implement the products in my store. Palmetto Speech Girl or follow me on Instagram @palmetto_speech_girl
