Teaching is in my blood. After my first son was born in 2009, I decided to step down from my professional life in finance to pursue education. In 2011 I began my journey to Montessori certification. I have not looked back since that decision. I am passionate and excited to make teaching tools accessible to both teachers and parents. I've written on early learning activities and parenting since 2010. During that time I pursued Montessori certification. Although my desire was always to teach, I worked in finance for almost a decade before starting a family. Hard to believe it now. Only at that point did I realize my calling. Life is funny that way. Glad to be here! I write an Early Learning & Living blog called Carrots Are Orange. Come by for a visit at www.carrotsareorange.com. I look forward to connecting!
