By Edu Mind Harmony My name is Kate Wargo. I have taught over 10 years in many grade levels throughout K-6. My greatest passion lies in social emotional learning, community/relationship building, and creative writing experiences, nurturing the whole child.
The biggest part of my teaching style is the relationship with my students and greater community. I've been described an enthusiastic, engaging, and even quirky in my delivery of instruction! Through relationship building and the teaching of important life skills on top of academics, students will have a strong sense of belonging and purpose, helping them to grow into their greatest potential. We as teachers also need to be able to shine our unique qualities in the traditional boundaries of the education system, as well.

Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina with her husband and daughter, Katelyn is an ICRT certified Reiki Master Teacher, Yoga Nidra facilitator, writer, and elementary teacher.
