I live, work, and explore in the great city of Los Angeles. I have been a teacher for twelve years and an administrator for twelve. In that time, I have witnessed the importance of education that is interactive, purposeful, and fun. I design all of my lessons with two objectives: teach skills that are useful for students' future academics and have fun!
My mantra is: Provide students with the information, the skills to evaluate the information, and the confidence to produce something unique with that information, then provide the autonomy, challenge, and encouragement that will allow them to be successful. I prefer to watch my students construct knowledge, rather than construct it for them.
