By It's A Kali Thing I have had experience with multiple age groups, from infants to 12th graders! I taught Pre-K for 3.5 years, and currently teach 2nd grade! I have baby-sat kiddos most of my life, from the time I was 11 years old. I simply love creating products that make it easier on teachers and help kids learn even MORE!
My teaching style consists of a student-led, student-centered pedagogy. I love all things backward-design, flexible seating, responsive classroom, and 21st century learning. I love letting my students dictate where we go next and I really thrive off of what their interests are! This makes each year look completely different and I love every minute of it! :)
