TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I started my teaching career as a literacy specialist working with Children at Educational Risk in a remote country town. I have since taught Pre-Primary, Year One and Year Two for the past 7 years. Early Childhood Education is undoubtably my passion and I absolutely love teaching and nurturing in the Early Years!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am a passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated teacher. I have strength in establishing safe and nurturing environments in which children feel confident to accept challenges and take risks. I provide students with a wealth of learning experiences that are rich and developmentally appropriate! I strive to instil and foster a life long love of learning in all of my students.

In 2011 I was awarded a place on the Vice Chancellor's List for achieving in the top 1% of all students at Curtin University.
