I love science! I have taught in both Kansas and overseas, working with students from grades 6-12. Though Chemistry is my specialty, I have also taught math, physical science, physics, and music.
Students best learn through relevant, hands-on experience. If their education is tailored to their interests and the real world, they will not only learn the material, but they will carry their lessons with them for the rest of their lives. An ideal teaching approach combines multiple learning styles, a variety of assessments, and applicable projects.
