I'm a mom, teacher, homeschooler. I've worked with littles all the way up to high school. I've used these sheets with beginer readers and writers for manuscrip as well as for cursive handwriting practice.
Though I prefer to teach to the child's learning language I find that starting with Orton, Spalding, or Riggs' methods for spelling, reading and writing helps most of my students. I use Spell to Write and Read (SWR) as a curriculum for teaching how to read, It is a full Language Arts curriculum so it includes Spelling and Grammar. I also use Cursive First to teach how to write in cursive, this program follows hand in hand with SWR These are comparable to Spalding method, Logic of English, Writing Road to Reading and Thinking, or Climbing Letters and more. They all have in common the usage of CLOCK FACE LETTERS to teach manuscrip and/or cursive.
