89 Animals of the Rain Forest "What Am I?" Educational Card Game *Montessori*
This is a file consisting of 89 Animals of the Amazon Rainforest Nomenclature Cards.
These are different in that they have a fourth card for each animal. The fourth card is a "What Am I?" card in order to impart a little knowledge on each animal. There are symbols on the bottom of each master card and the "What am I?" card so you an easily check if you were correct.

Nature Scavenger Hunt
Nature scavenger hunt includes two different types of hunts. The first is an actual physical scavenger hunt where kids have to bring items in to be counted. The second one is a photo scavenger hunt. Parents or children can take pictures on their smart phone.

100 Day of School-Tootsie Pop Challenge!
This is a FUN, QUICK, and EASY 100th day activity. All you need to do is supply the tootsie pops. Students will have to predict how many licks it will take them to get to the center of the tootsie pop and explain if their hypothesis was correct or incorrect. (Just a TIP-(since i did this with my 5th graders this year) while they are trying to keep count of their licks, have them tally the licks down on the back side of the paper so they won't lose track!

Jan Brett The Mitten Camouflage Game for Hunting Mittens
This activity uses active movement to get your students to hunt for mittens and gloves that are camouflaged. It is a simple way to connect your students with nature. It will also beat the winter doldrums.

Sorting Food Groups
It is a sorting activity. It has six mats, one for each group with a colorful background matching the food pyramid. It also has 10 pages with 15 pictures in each showing different groups of food. I strongly recommend to use a cardstock and laminate the mats and pictures. Teacher could use the materials to teach the food groups and students could practice in a center.

Sorting States of Matter
It is a sorting science activity with three mats, one for each state of matter, and 15 pictures for each. The mats need to be printed in cardstock and laminated. Laminate and cut the pictures individually and put them in an envelope. Students will sort the pictures putting them in the correct mat.
