This is a math/art activity that asks students to identify functions given tables/ordered pairs, graphs, equations, and mapping diagrams. There are 8 questions from each of the 4 groups making it a good overall review or assessment for identifying functions.
Each group is represented in a quarter section of the geometric pattern. Working one section at a time, students color code individual shapes of the pattern that are numbered 1-32. When finished, students cut around the perimeter of th
