This Best Self Journal works with google classroom. Students will work on improving their habits, mindset and more. This Mindfulness and Growth Mindset Journal includes 30 days of self improvement. (or 30 weeks if you choose a day and use it once per week) Each day has a two pages of growth mindset, mindfulness, gratitude, kindness, self-reflection (sometimes self-care), and overall wellness.
