TEACHING EXPERIENCE

For the past nine years I have worked at an alternative school teaching regular education students who have been removed from their home school due to pervasive behavior issues. I run a self-contained classroom format, where I teach all subjects to my students.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I use a variety of teaching styles to ensure my students are engaged and learning. Given the population that I work with, there is no one teaching style that works consistently. I have to continually change how I teach in order to reach the variety of students that come through my classroom.
