One of my favorite and most worthwhile activities!
Wonderful document for recording family facts and memories. This is a culture assignment that will be treasured for who knows how long. I hand out as extra credit, but I strongly encourage their use... where else will this information ever be captured? Students just ask questions of parents and grandparents. Even better, have them video the conversation.

This research project helps students to appreciate the world of coffee cultivation, marketing, and exporting. It provides a good general content knowledge base on this agricultural product.
