TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I've been in education for 25 years! Throughout these years, I taught 7-12 Language Arts, Reading, Reading Comprehension to Struggling Readers, Journalism, Yearbook. Composition and Advanced Composition and library studies to K-8.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My goal for each day is to treat my students with the utmost respect! If I respect them, they will respect me and what I'm asking them to do. I infuse humor, fun, entertainment while expecting hard work, time management, honesty, and critical thinking. It's been working so far! I absolutely love all ages of students - their zest for life, smiles and willingness to learn!
