This badminton unit plan was created using the Sport Education Model (SEM) where each student takes on a different role each day (such as a player, coach, official). The unit plan includes: list of equipment needed, unit learning objectives, explanations of each role, a 15 question cognitive test, a 3-2-1 rating scale for badminton (evaluating 6 criteria), 2 journal entry questions for fitness, and a 5 week curriculum mapping/unit plan/curriculum outline on Badminton.
