Coraline Essay Prompt
I show the film Coraline (2009) in my ESL classes, having students take notes comparing the different versions of each character (Real vs. Other) as they watch. As a final assessment, they use their notes to complete this essay prompt.
While I use it in ESL, this could certainly be used for any class where the film is used (homeschool, ELA, etc.).
