Past and Present Picture Sort
This picture sort is a great activity when students finish with their work early, to do on the board as a class, or copy and paste the pictures into a Smartboard activity. Black History Week 5-Olympic Athlete & Leaders
This is the last of a 5 week unit about Black History that includes information about the past Winter Olympics in Russia, history of the Olympic rings and colors and honors Jessie Owens. October is fire prevention month. This activity blends fire prevention with shapes and colors. It is a hands-on art project that covers three topics.
