In the far right column, I like to put the standards that are met with these assignments. It is a good reference point to check progress through a semester or to help pace yourself with material. It is also a great way to show parents and administration what all is being done within your classroom.

Classroom Testimonials
Testimonials are a great way to promote the subjects you teach. Students that are undecided on what elective to choose will have the opportunity to read previous students experience.
After each semester give each student a testimonial sheet and have them write about their experience in your class. NOTE: Make sure they sign their name below This “Smart” student. When they are done post them outside and inside the classroom for students and staff to read.
