Emotional Intelligence is key to learning empathy, self-awareness, managing emotions, self-motivation, and ultimately handling relationships. This journal helps with self-awareness or rather recognizing a certain emotion. It compliments the book How I Feel by Madalena Moniz by learning 26 different feelings through journal and reflection.
