This easy fill-in worksheet allows students to brainstorm the information they would like to include on a resume. Use this worksheet as a discussion tool in class and then assign your students the task of writing a resume for homework. Strong Work Habits Dry Erase Poster (if laminated)
This is a 8.5 x 11" poster that I created for a handful of students who were failing my class, constant procrastinators, disorganized, and so on. I was tired of calling their parents saying the same thing over and over. This is an academic intervention for the students to take home, hang on their fridge or near their homework space, and to use every night. This also works for students whose parents mean well but work long hours and aren't there to reinforce strong work habits.

This is a form I give to my students to have their parents fill out at the start of school. There are 2 different types, the first form is a basic information for that has a student schedule for the teacher. The second one (there is an English and Spanish copy) requires the parents to fill out for the teacher. This form is my favorite because it asks questions to the parents that are specific to the student. Any student who enters my room must have their parents fill it out. Love this!
